International Access/Coverage
My father just got to Greece and his cell phone did not have any access. We bought the international access pass, and his account shows it, but is there anything that needs to be done with his phone settings? (He has an iphone) Does Data Roaming need to be on? Did his Sim Card IMEI# need to be added to T-Mobile’s system to have it? Thank you
What plan is he on? Yes, data roaming should be “on”.. If/when he gets access to WiFi,have him call T-Mobile at +1-505-998-3793. It’s a free call from any T-Mobile phone.
