Roku PBS Kids app blocked

Hello,

I recently purchased t-mobile internet and it appears that the router is blocking the "doubleclick.net" access the roku PBS kids app uses for adds in order to run. 

I can't find the advanced setting for the router in order to allow access for this device. 

Where can I access these settings?

    @ACN there are no adjustments on the gateway, it only provides customers access (gateway) to the TM network. If you have a Wi-Fi router or mesh system attached to your gateway, then you will have some network control functionality. 

    You might want to Google the topic and see if others are experiencing the same issue.
