5G Gateway G4AR-1, firmware v1.00.09 - 2.4Ghz networks no longer working

Update: T-Mobile tech support was pretty helpful.
After a factory reset, the router’s 2.4GHz antennae seems to be working again.Firmware is still 1.00.09.
I was having a similar issue. I rebooted many times with no avail. Then I was moving things around and I accidentally knocked the power cord out of the socket. After it powered up, the 2.4ghz network and my Epson printer finally connected. I was trying for days after receiving the new gateway.
