2.4 ghz not showing
I've had Tmobile Internet for about 7 months now. I did not have this problem until yesterday. I moved my router to a new location to see if I could connect to devices in the basement - didn't work, ...

- Check router settings to ensure both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks are active.
- Ensure the 2.4 GHz network SSID is visible (not hidden).
- Confirm your device supports the 2.4 GHz network.
- Try forgetting and reconnecting to the 2.4 GHz network on your devices.
- If all else fails, contact your internet service provider for assistance.

Thursday night / Friday morning T-Mobile did some kind of firmware push to my 5g home router and it knocked out everything 2.4 gig on my network. Office equipment and VOiP devices are all not working because they require 2.4g. T-Mobile, please correct what was broke. I hate the cable company. But, it looks like it’s back to them after the next day or two if nothing improves.
