No connected devices

With the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet, I am able to connect devices. However, the T-Life app they do not show as registered. After opening, the app appears to be loading them, hangs, and then eventually gives, "Connected devices (0)". The device has been restarted and rebooted several times. Any idea as to why?
