Merge networks?

I have my Motorola router connected to my t-mobile gateway because I couldn’t get most of my smart plugs, bulbs & switches to connect to the t-mobile gateway. Is there any way to make devices connected to the Motorola visible to devices connected to the t-mobile gatewway and vice versa? Or do I just need to stop using the wifi on the t-mobile gateway?

    The T-Mobile gateway is originally setup for auto detect (2.4 & 5GHz) bands. Using your T-Mobile Internet app, log into your gateway, then use the bottom menu and click “Network” then use the + sign and add a 2.4Ghz band as usual. Once complete you can connect your other devices like thermostats and lights.
