Internet is not reliable
The internet was awesome when we got it 2 years ago, since the tornado outbreak in Michigan on Aug 24 2023 it has not worked reliably. I require zoom video quality to work well to run my business and the poor reliability of the internet is costing me about $300 per month in customer credits due to the fact the video will freeze or drop off completely and I will loose my zoom meeting all together. My customers are getting frustrated with me because me for a service I am unable to provide due to the internet going in and out. Today alone I lost internet 5 times with speeds ranging from 27Mbps to 140Mbps.
you’ll need to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and have them create a network ticket for you.
