HP Photosmart Printer will not connect to network
Printer wont connect. Get FAIL on No Filtering. Need to add MAC address of printer to the network. Cannot see a way to do this. Entered IP address of network but there is no option to do anything. thanks
The answer was the last response I changed to WPA/WPA1 and it connected right away! Thanks it was making me crazy!
the issue is most likely that the printer can’t connect because the network is set to use WPA2/WPA3. Try changing that to WPA/WPA2 using the APP
I have the same issue. I don’t know how to add the MAC address(whatever that is)of my printer to the list of permitted devices.
