If you tried kkgross’s steps in the original post from 8 mos ago, I can’t really add much. I had to try several times and ended up using the Sonos WiFi offered choice, connecting that to my T-Mobile WiFi. That is all I really recall. Hope you get it going. I know how frustrating it is. 🤦🏻♂️
