I’ve had my gateway for a couple of months and suddenly haven’t been able to switch back to just 2.4 or just 5ghz , it’s just been stuck on automatic no matter how many times I try to change it.

When I tap Connect and Things, I get a white box that says Manage. When I tap that the next page asks which device I am setting up. If I choose my white 5G Gateway it tries to take me through the whole setup for my gateway (What’s in the box, ideal location, QR Code, etc.) Do I need to go through all that again before I see the Network option?
