Can I configure Nokia 5G DHCP settings

I need to be able to set inside static IP addresses on a Nokia 5G Gateway device. I am told we do not have access to configuration of DHCP.

Do any other gateway models offered by T-Mobile allow access? 

I can add a router which means a double NAT. I don’t need more devices! Or do I?
