Hello, this is the phone I purchased in the Chinese mobile phone market. Its general SIM program shows that the phone is locked and not stolen. Can you unlock the SIM card for me

That's is something you will have to try and figure out. The owner might not be eligible for the SIM Unlock if they don't meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
