Please help me to unlock my iphone 12.

If you still think your device and account meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements. Call 611 from your T-Mobile line that the device is being used on and request the SIM unlock with Customer Care, who will verify your eligibility before submitting the request. Because it is an Apple device, the SIM unlock can take 3 weeks and sometimes longer because T-Mobile sends the request to Apple, and then it is up to Apple to complete the SIM unlock.

You can still reach Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line. As an alternative, you can call 1-505-998-3793 toll free from your T-Mobile line.
