Locked imei…
Last week my brother told me he was unable to use his phone. He said the phone is saying no sim. I called Tmobile and they said the illegal team locked the sim and I would have to write them. I been a customer with Tmobile almost 9 years. I asked if it was a number or email I can contact. She said no I had to write Tmobile. I’m not understanding why the phone is locked anyway.
Do you mean, blacklisted? There is no illegal team at T-Mobile What team are you referring to?
If it is an Android device. Are you sure it was permanently SIM unlocked and not just a temporary SIM unlock?
That’s what the representative said. I asked her if she meant legal and she said no illegal team. And they were the ones who locked it.
Ok thank you. I talk to Tmobile they said the illegal team locked imei and I had it write them a letter. My account I good standing. And it was never reported lost or stolen.
Contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of their social media platforms . Usually a phone is remotely locked if it's reported lost or stolen or the account is in bsd standing.
