Iphone 15 ProMax Unlock Issue
Over a month ago, I fully paid off my phone and contacted T-Mobile to have it unlocked. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the phone remains locked. Each time I call, I'm told the request is visible but the unlock process hasn't been completed. I'm advised to wait an additional 48-72 hours, but nothing changes.
I've met all the requirements for unlocking the device. My intention was to use the iPhone 15 as a secondary phone while traveling, which is why I paid off. The current situation is frustrating.
Given the ongoing issue, I'd like to inquire about T-Mobile's return policy. If the phone cannot be unlocked, I'm considering returning the iPhone 16 and simply using my iPhone 15 instead of having a second useless phone.

You can thank Apple for the holdup. When you meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements and request the SIM unlock from T-Mobile. That SIM unlock request is forwarded to Apple for Apple to complete. T-Mobile has no control over the time it takes Apple to complete.
