Wireless Priority Service Issue

I work in healthcare and they are getting leaders set up to use the Wireless Priority Service with GETS is having an issue where t-mobile doesn’t have my # in their database therefore they can’t activate my account.  Anyone else have that issue and the resolution?  Thank you.

    postpaid or prepaid issue maybe?
