Jhig: I have the exact same issues you are experiencing and it has been very frustrating. I’ve texted T-Mobile 3 times this week and they told me to do most of the things you already mentioned. We have no Wi-fi on ANYTHING in our house. It used to just buffer...now it has been gone for almost 2 days. A Home Internet specialist from T-Mobile called me and said that in the area where I live there are not enough T-Mobile towers to provide constant internet. This may explain why the Gateway says “good “ or “Excellent” connection, but No signal.
