Why am i only getting 1-2 bars
I have new Iphone and we are in a 5G area and we only get 1-2 bars service.

Well you can't go based on their coverage maps. That's for advertising purposes and there is no truth in advertising unfortunately. I'm in a heavily saturated 5G Extended range as well as 4G LTE and have 4 bars for both lines yet they perform like 3G on Valium. And I'm paying for Premium Unlimited Data. Call me a fool and you'd be right. The other carriers aren't having this issue that I know of but who knows. I just can't see being locked in a contract again. Best of luck to you.
