T-Mobile tachinchian should come up and check this covage our soon. we are located in Clifton Commons Shoping Center, Clifton NJ 07014

- Call 611 or use social media (or TMobile support chat)
- If the ticket is closed or suggested ‘cellspot’, then ask for level 2 tech support and have a proper technical support ticket opened and get the ticket number.
- Best way to get TMobile to recognize issues is to have multiple people file issues for the same location. Have as many people as you can with TMobile file issues about that location. TMobile engineers recommend this.
- assuming that they still do not have a resolution, file a request through the BBB. TMobile will contact you. Most likely they'll attempt to port you to another carrier
- Contact your PUC.
As a note, location is key. TMobile won't do mich (haven't) where they don't feel they can make a difference, or there isn't a business justification. in my case, it's been 7 years and counting. I have a CPUC hearing soon, and TMobile has a California requirement for rural deployment and service of 94%. They will have to build. Rural communities (Auga Dulce) have 5g UC at 5miles, giving 10Mbps at best. Requirement is 50Mbps.

Thank you for the information, could you please provide link or step by step for how to file a complaints to T-Mobile as you mention in eriter post.

You can file complaints with T-Mobile and request they deploy services in your area.
In ‘that location’, Verizon has a site, T-Mobile and AT&T do not. Everything in wireless is location specific. If anything, T-Mobile ‘can’ update the ‘44404’ site to have B12/B71 (low band) which would help coverage.
T-Mobile
AT&T
Verizon

So according to this replay i assume there is no way to resolve this issue,or nothing can be done by t-mobile as this is a metro area with so many user around going to have same issues. unfortunate we have to swich over to Verizon or any other wireless which can provide the stronger services?

According to cellmapper.net, that mall is at a midpoint between 4 cell sites, and doesn’t look good as a result.
Verizon appears to have a cell on location. AT&T doesn’t look well there either.
