If the delay is happening with the SIM in a T-Mobile phone, the issue is more likely to be network related and our folks over the phone will be able to collect specific examples from you to escalate to our engineers for further investigation.
It does seem to be the network. Slow again today (Monday morning Nevada time). Sent a message 5 minutes ago and not received yet. When it works, it is always under a minute. Based on experience, this SMS will take 1-4 hours to be delivered.
