unable to fix the issue

I’ve been a customer of T Mobile for some years. Lately my service has been throttled. After calling customer service several times the problem continues. I truly wish that they would fix the issue or I might need to figure out another alternative for service I can depend on. Did I mention that the plan I’m on should not be throttled.
