Since you are a California resident, I’d recommend contacting the CPUC to assist in resolving this. T-Mobile executives may reach out to you about this. Note: Many of the ‘executives’ can resolve some of these at an individual level, however, many cannot (will not) contact you if you have service issues (from experience).
