T-Mobile will always be the worst company to deal with. They can’t even get plans right. They f’d my family plan and now I’m paying 30% more. I was originally was with them for 18 years and left them because they were so bad. I came back because a friend mine worked for them and told me they have changed. Nah, same ole same shyster. After I come back from business trip, I’m switching back to Verizon. Little more expensive but their customer service is second to none. They don’t screw up or mislead you to think that it’s free or at discount. Scumbags!
