tmobile home internet down

lately my home internet has been getting slower and disconnects often. It seems to get worse everyday. I get 3 bars at most, but it drops to 2 bars. I’ve tried different locations in the house with out luck. The weird thing is that I can use my phone as a hotspot without any issues. I called support, but they don’t stay online long enough to see it go down. They said something about needing more towers in the area, and engineers are working on it. But until then, I’m not sure how to get this working. I guess I will have to go back to a wired connection.
