Tired of the BS
Well I was going to ask if anyone else has the same issues with data connections as I have. Ex it took 3 min to connect to this after I was into my rant when it froze. My cell signal is 2 bars and I live in a large city. After wasting all the time waiting on buffering I decided to get my point across. T mobile socks. Their customer service socks. They promise to upgrade to a better phone and send you a total piece of. So that's all I wanted to say. If you know of a service provider that has data connections at least as fast as 2g which is faster than 5guc when it connects. Please let me know. I have 4 lines now but usually have 6. That's a lot of money to spend when tin cans with string tied between them is better communication than I'm getting with tmobile
What device are you currently using? Have you tried performing a network reset from within the settings followed by powering off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network?
