Terrible Cell Service Now - They Did Something to the local Tower

Looks like most sites are on I-80
There is one that’s ‘new’ and almost mapped at the Orchard plaza
also aligns up with ‘bright green’ spots on cell-mapper.
Outside of that, @fireguy_6364 and @drnewcomb have the best advice.
