T-Mobile Tuesday Redemption
Couldn’t get into T-Mobile to redeem an giveaway on Tuesday. This has happened before but I have been able to redeem anyway. Today I went in and tried and the agent, who was very rude said only on Tuesday. But here is what it says when you save the deal. This is an exact copy!
I did save the deal in My Stuff Tuesday June 20, by 4pm which meets the June 21, 2023 at 4:59ET requirement. Then it says redeem by June 21, 2023, at store closing or when supplies are exhausted whichever occurs first to receive offer. I went to the store at 2:00pm June 21, long before store closing and was told very rudely that I had to redeem on Tuesday June 20. When I showed her this posting, she said it isn’t correct. If its not correct why does corporate T-Mobile let it happen. Xfinity and Spectrum both have great offers right now for cell service and if this is how I am going to be treated by an idiot store employee I am about ready to switch.
Her response was “you can only pick them up on Tuesday”. My wife asked if they were any left. The other employee shook his head yes, but she said no. He rolled his eyes so we could tell she was lying to us. We just left. Its a waste of time to talk to A**holes like her!
It all depends on the store. Did they say if they had any left?
