static IP
i can't use this app i can log on to the website but i need to log on to this app to go into virtual reality it will let me do it on my other cable providers but something to do with this cable and ...
I am just guessing the problem is with port blocking.

Per the FAQs:
Some online gaming requires advanced settings and configurations (ex. NAT/Port forwarding, UPnP/Static IP). These settings cannot be configured on the T-MobileGateway.
T-Mobile gateways do not have the ability to enable and disable NAT/port forwarding.
- Refer to the manufacturer or developer if NAT or port forwarding is needed.
