Slow down and dropped signal
Every day between noon and at least 8 PM this service slows down, lags and drops signals. If it gets any slower some days, I swear it would run faster in reverse! The Sagemcon has a good signal but yet no internet. This is becoming more and more frequent and is very disruptive for those of us having to work from home. If you can't get your service running better to those of us that are on it then quit selling more devices and adding congestion to overcrowded towers until you can upgrade, add more, do something!
