Single strength at Very good but my upload speed sucks
Im a streamer on twitch, can't really stream with bad upload speeds. I got a new ethernet cable a cat6. I put it in lan1 on the 5g gateway. Was getting great upload speeds, it was still going good till about 7pm yesterday. It now hiting up to 3mbps. Im at my breaking point. What can I do to make sure I can get the upload speed I need. I cant more it anymore. Can the t mobile life app, allow me to make sure my desktop gets the power it needs.

It probably has less to do with ethernet vs WiFi than the signal that your gateway is getting from T-Mobile.
You would need to use the T-Life app to see what kind of signal you're getting. Many gateways have moved to 5G SA, forcing signal to n41 (lots of capacity, but also 'weak'). The 2nd issue with n41 (for good or bad) is that it run TDD (vs. FDD). T-Mobile has 190MHz (a LOT!) in my area, but has put the majority of this for 'download' and much less for upload.
On ideal, with just n41 SA, I've received 1400Mbps down and 90Mbps upload. Take a 'weak' signal from a handset or gateway, and upload can be down to 7-20Mbps, while download is still +300Mbps. Using NSA allows aggregation (eg b66 LTE) and you'll add 100Mbps download and 40Mbps upload on a good signal, or at least 40Mbps / 10Mbps on weak (signal is even split upload/download on FDD like B2, 4, 12, 71). If my window was open, upload would hit 60Mpbs.
