Rotten Service
Since October, 2023, my internet service has been rotten. Games. Movies and shows are interrupted with pauses, disconnects and even some type of hacking. I complain and they tell me they are working ...
I am a “whoever” who does not work for T-Mobile. I am just another customer.
I put quite a bit of thought into my “stupid response.” I was trying to offer help. It has nothing to do with how new or fast your toys are. Achieving good network performance sometimes takes some adjustments.
Every so often I get 20 Mpbs. I might notice less than HD quality on Netflix or a slow website load. Life goes on.
Since you only came here to complain, I will give just one more piece of advice: Go back to Spectrum.
