Work VPN stopped connecting

Having the exact same problem, except it started about two weeks after you. I’m not able to connect with my T-Mobile hotspot either, so at least you have that going for you.
Not sure which model Gateway I have, will have to go check. Not home currently, just came on here to gripe.
I’ve tried everything under the sun, IT uninstalled/reinstalled VPN client on the computer. It’s just unfortunate. Hopefully T-Mobile can get a fix, or I’ll be forced to get a new home internet provider.
Otherwise, love the service.
