I am currently expirencing the same issues and its been 4 whole months without a phone. I would have just given up by now but i have 2 additional lines and phones family uses that arent having any issues whats so ever. But as for this LG Velvet Foget it...useless and i’m literally about to pull my hair out! Did you happen to find any resolution. T-Mobile told my friend they no longer sell or deal with any LG phones? Thanx for the NOTICE T-Mobile? They refused to even touch phone and reset it to factory settings or whatever. Frustrated..PLEASE SEND ANY INFO you know or have learned. Thank YOU!!
