Pixel 6 - no service
I’m getting the issue where I can’t receive calls or texts. If I try to send texts it will fail. If I choose the option to resend, then I’ll get a flood of backlogged text messages, and voicemails fr...
The issue is known by Google but there is very little acknowledgent or action to fix it. It isn't exclusive to T-Mobile and this issue also affects the 6a's, 7's, and 7a's, although not all devices are impacted.
Well… I found a solution. Use a different phone. :(
Still no resolution, even after spending a few hours with multiple different support reps. Resets (such as the network reset) can (sometimes) resolve the issue for minutes at a time but the issue comes right back.
