cell service struggles.
Hello T-Mobile users, is there anyone else having cell phone coverage issues around Union Center Boulevard and Cincinnati Dayton Rd. area. Service has been a struggle the last couple of weeks. 8/1/23...
your best bet is to contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter and have them put in a network ticket for you. the social media route lands you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
