Prepaid Hotspot not connecting to SIM card no service

I got my project 10 million device back in May and they just finished activating it as of 10/14/24. I’ve had the device for five months w/out internet service (which I feel like it took entirely too long to activate someone’s service) but once they activated the box it worked for a good 30 mins! Now my signal bars are completely RED and no one will help and I’m unable to connect to the internet ! THIS SERVICE SUCKS👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
