Poor coverage

does it improve once you are in a different area? you will need to contact TMO either by calling in or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter and have them file a network ticket for you. if both phones have issues at the home area for example but it pulls in 5G everywhere else then its pointing at the tower youre connecting to at home...the network ticket will force them to send someone out (or contact the tower owner and have them send someone out) to test.
