if the problem happens everywhere with 2 phones then the problem isnt network. are there any other TMO phones NOT including your wife’s phone. another TMO phone not on your account would be best to test against. if they also have issues then its a wide spread issue..but i have a feeling they wont see any problems in the same places you two do.
