I was promised compensation due to reduced download speed around November 2023 due to maintenance on 2 cell towers in the area. Speed was a ridiculous 2.5 MBs download. Supposed to be around 245 MBs. I was promised compensation on 2 levels, regular customer service and tech support. They knew there was a problem and to this date 12-17-23, there has been no refund. 2 statement cycles have gone by.

This is a public forum for support - you won’t get much of a response from T-Mobile here.
I suggest that you call into T-Mobile and escalate the issue. I’ve done this with a support ticket 2 days ago. 2G service only area that T-Mobile still has no plan or ETA to upgrade to 4G LTE or 5G. Credit was applied immediately.
