Only getting 1 bar
I use to get at least 3 bars on location on Quail Creek Rd, Durant Ok 74701 but in last few weeks on get 1 bar or no bars at all. is there a tower issue? how do you get T-Mobile to check out the tower?
you will need to call in or contact TMO through one of their social media platforms. no one in here to create a network ticket.
with that being said. are you by chance in one of the partner locations or close to the no coverage chunks shown on the coverage map?
