I'm getting the same notification, but I noticed that when it shows up, my mobile data doesn't work at all. :( Any easy cure for that? I've tried restarting my phone, turning on/off Airplane Mode, and checking on my SIM. I can't make any calls or use the internet without wifi since that message has shown up.
