Not Receiving calls and delayed text messages

I have a Samsung S21 and have not received a few texts from different people. As I have customers, this is not good. I do get texts from others though, most of the time. But that I’m not receiving some texts is a problem. My phone isn’t that old and I like it. I’m also very busy and don't want to go into a store (especially as one near us closed) but I may just have to do that. I may have to get a different phone. Such a hassle.
