Not convinced

The speeds and stability of the network are both shabby. I live only about 2 miles from a tower and the signal strength and consistency suck. How can I get T-Mobile to push that signal up a few notches. If you’re going to attract customers you ought to have the coverage they need. Go big or go home.

The devices on this have nothing to do with internet stability. They are in a good location but vary from 4 bars all the way down to 2. That’s a T-Mobile issue not a device issue. The devices are only 2 tvs, 2 cell phones, one security cam. That’s it.

It could potentially be the device you are using.  What device are you using and did you purchase it from T-Mobile?

Well, t-m is on a build up, selling now internet slots. If it is not our tower then we need more OF them to fulfill what they say they can do. Still, signal boost IS needed.

  • what makes you believe the tower 2 miles away is a TMO tower? all carriers are not stuck all on the same towers..
