NordOne 200 stuck on 2g network and can't do anything

My son’s phone has been stuck on 2G network for the past month. At first, I thought just because his data usage and they “downgraded” him to 2 GIG slower speeds, but with new billing cycle this isn’t the case. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried going into the network settings to see if it's checked for 5G preferred.?
