No Service in a 5G area
I need enormous amounts of help, I live in a 5G area with a good signal (According to T-Mobile) but I have NO SERVICE. Yesterday I was on hold for a total of 2 hrs, when I finally got someone they worked hard and said they fixed it but it is not fixed. I was on hold the majority of the evening then when I finally got someone, she went to get me a supervisor but I was on hold forever again then the call dropped because of my horrible service. I pay a $180 for 3 lines and none of the phones have service. I have a friend in this area and he says he has great service. I cant live without a phone!!! One line is a business line, that since we switched to T-Mobile has no phone service, my WiFi calling doesn’t help. I can’t keep calling, the phone reps go through the same steps every single time I call (if the call doesn’t drop) even when I tell them that all of those things have been done. Please HELP!!!!

What devices are you using and were those devices purchased from T-Mobile?
