Network Tower issue after updatr

I've asked and asked numerous amounts of times by T-Mobile assistants and nobody seems to want to really help me or get in touch with somebody who works on the tower. I've been without internet for nearly two weeks after an update that they can't seem to find. the phone but was paid for this month but I can't have an interest connection. they said alarms were set off on the tower last week but it hasn't been resolved. there is people that work from home that can't get a signal at all

  • I’d recommend to get somewhere where you can contact T-Mobile support and have it escalated.  Make sure that you get a ‘trouble ticket’.  If they don’t have updates - then file a BBB complaint… and T-Mobile management will contact you.
