I am in Mexico and have no service. The connection is awful. Should I install ESIM. I am not tech savvy. This happens all the time.
Is international roaming turned on?
Some areas have better coverage than others. Is your device compatible with the ring partners network? The more rural the coverage, the worse it will be.
