Losing connection intermittently
I have a S10 and the last few days I've been having issues with not being able to call or text or use internet. I reboot phone multiple times and will get something for a little. It shows full bars but the LTE arrows blink a bit and stop. No wifi access at work.
if the problem follows you for more than 5+ miles then its going to be an issue with the phone, sim card or something amiss with your account. unless there is a huge outage you pretty much ruled out network with the problem following you.
It stays the same everywhere around work even outside. It does follow me home as well. I did switch it to 2G only and it worked a little bit.
once you leave the area do you get reception back or does the problem follow you home? also by chance if you leave your work and walk to the opposite side of the building..do you get reception back or still the same?
