lack of service, Lack of communication
Ending my 3rd day with ZERO WIFI and cell service bouncing between 5G and 4g lite.
I work from home, and have been out of business for 3 days, NO INCOME BECAUSE OF T-Mobile.
The worst part is, customer support can't tell me why the tower, 1/4 mile away is down, what's being done, or when I can expect the return of service. The poor young ladies at the T-Mobile store, also 1/4 mile away and on the same tower, are without WIFI too, and they can't find out what the problem is either.
There appears to be a total lack of communication within the organization, and little to no concern for the needs of their customers.
Give me one good reason why I shouldn't head right over to the competition and get their service.

The T-Mobile internet service, up until now, has provided better service than Xfinity, the local cable provider. They would cut out middle of the day, at least once a week, and if they went down, it was always days at a time, and you could depend on that happening every time the wind blows. No win situation.

Personally if I was in your position and relied on phone service for work, I would leave. This is one reason I haven't switched to Tmobile Home Internet since my wife works from home and needs consistent internet.
