I'm not getting calls
This has been going on for a 3 weeks now. I don't get a lot of calls. I talk to people, they say they call me but I don't hear the phone ring. I don't even receive their voicemails. They say that it ...
-type of phone?
-is it location based? as in does it mainly happen while indooors? at home? work? everywhere? outside?
-what all troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
-are there any other TMO phones around you? and if so are they running into the same thing?
-was it purchased from TMO, another vendor or brought in from a different carrier?
